The attention to detail was superb - from the well-appointed and comfortable rooms to the outstanding breakfast. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service and answering all our questions with great knowledge and professionalism. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the charming surroundings easily.
If I had to nitpick, I would mention that there was one minor issue with the electrical switch between the rooms. However, it did not affect my overall experience, and I would still highly recommend this hotel.

The owner was magnificent. We did not arrive until 12.30am due to security alerts at both Heathrow and Toulouse airports. We woke the poor man up to let us in and yet in the morning we were met with smiles and a very warm welcome. This is a good hotel choice for Sauveterre parents as it is a very easy 12km drive to the school. I understand it has a very good restaurant but we were too late to try it.

Very comfortable well appointed hotel with a pleasant garden, the dinner was exceptional both in the quality of the meal but also the presentation. The staff were friendly and helpful and were keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
The noise from the constant traffic through the night was a little irrating

Excellent restaurant with a very attentive and informative waiter. We were offered selection of wines to taste to ensure that we liked them before ordering with our meal. Location excellent for an overnight stopover, but not much else around.

This hotel is a hidden gem that truly transports you back in time. The attentive staff and delicious food made our stay unforgettable. The historical charm, complete with a library of old books, adds to the unique experience. And let's not forget the delight of enjoying dinner outside, serenaded by the soothing sounds of bullfrogs in the garden fountain.
No negatives to report, everything was perfect.

The room was spacious and the facilities were excellent - including the much needed aircon. We had lunch at the adjoining Brasserie which was very good value.
There are better locations than Gimont from which to explore the region.

Comfortable beds and good thick curtains. Good size shower room. As we were too late to eat dinner at the restaurant, the hotel provided an excellent cold supper for our party which was very nicely presented.
There was a mix up with our booking - we booked and confirmed 2 double rooms well in advance but on arrival only one room was available. Luckily we were able to get another room as we knew other guests staying at the hotel who had children who could share their rooms. Clearly too many bookings had been accepted. At 9.15 am on Sunday morning the breakfast area was depleted with no cups, plates etc left - could not find staff to help.

Great for a city break. Convenient location within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. the room price was very affordable, which was a big plus. Bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. the staff was polite and helpful.
The hotel lacked charm and personality. the decor was outdated and in need of renovation.

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was good value
I did not like that the bedrooms really did not have a view as such. Keep in mind this is not an area filled with accommodation alternatives. It was a good base for a day or so but not somewhere you would chose to spend a week. But the staff are willing and given the choices in the area, not bad.

This cozy hotel is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. the breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, guests can park their cars on the quiet street outside the hotel.
One downside is that the hotel does not offer much in terms of views, but that is not a big issue considering the location and value.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing great value for money. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Finally, the location was ideal, being close to all the places we wanted to visit. The attention to detail and the basic amenities provided made our stay even more comfortable. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with freshly brewed coffee - just what we needed to start our day! In addition, the reviews mentioned the comfortable beds and I can confirm that they truly provided a wonderful night's sleep.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic.

We had a pleasant Easter stay in this quiet town. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check-in early without any trouble. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the tasty local food in the restaurant and appreciated the helpful advice from the server. We also felt safe leaving our car parked on the quiet road outside the hotel.
Our room did not have shutters which meant the light in the morning could be a bit too bright for our liking. the twin beds in our double room were not ideal for us.
